If the Client/Affiliates requests 3iSpot to remove the data, 3iSpot will respond to their Client’s/Reseller’s request within 30 business days.
3iSpot will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients/Affiliates for as long as needed provide services to our Clients/Affiliates. 3iSpot will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
